Apply For The Exchange

Exhibitor participation in the Exchange requires an application and separate registration fee to participate. All products must be pre-approved by a Vizient review board.

The deadline to apply is April 9, 2021.

Does your company have a unique technology solution that delivers health care and/or business improvements? If so, we encourage you to apply for the opportunity to demonstrate these products and services to Vizient® member users and decision-makers who attend the 2021 Exchange.

The Exchange setting offers a virtual expo environment to showcase your product capabilities with members. Receive direct feedback on your innovations from health care leaders and the chance to be awarded a Vizient Innovative Technology contract.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Technologies that improve a hospital’s clinical care or business model over other products and services available in the marketplace
  2. Innovative products seeking a new contract with Vizient. Suppliers who already have Vizient contracts are eligible to showcase innovative solutions only if those technologies are outside of the scope of their current contracts and would require a stand-alone contract.

Exhibitor Registration Fees:

  • $2,000 for each product approved
    Included in your registration fee:
  • Branded virtual exhibit hall environment for attendees to view content and engage with staff via chat (during the scheduled exhibit hours)
  • On-demand content will be available to attendees for 72 hours during the “live” dates.

  • Company or product bio
  • Video (1)
  • Product PDFs or graphics (6)
  • Group chat to connect with attendees
  • Customizable automated greeting for booth visitors
  • Visibility to number of attendees in booth in real time
  • Each exhibitor can upload their own branding and content using templated approach.
  • Three (3) booth staff registrations
