The 2026 Vizient Innovative Technology Exchange (Exchange) will take place during the Vizient Connections Summit* at the Venetian Las Vegas on Thursday, September 24, 2026. This event provides an exclusive platform for industry suppliers to connect with provider decision-makers.

The Exchange is a dynamic, fast-paced and hands-on event where healthcare providers can explore exhibit booths, engage with exhibitors and discover the latest advancements in technology and innovation. It brings together selected suppliers and healthcare innovators for meaningful conversations, powerful connections and the chance to address critical needs with lifesaving solutions.
This premier event offers the ideal setting to interact with healthcare providers and highlight your cutting-edge products. Additionally, your innovations could qualify for a Vizient Innovative Technology contract or designation, further amplifying their impact and visibility.
The deadline to apply is Friday, April 17, 2026.
Applicants will be notified in early June, 2026, if they have been approved to participate.

Eligibility Criteria

Suppliers with innovative products and solutions with well-reasoned and differentiated clinical improvements or operational benefits over other products and solutions available in the marketplace.

Suppliers with innovative products and solutions seeking a new Innovative Technology contract with Vizient or exhibiting product(s) on a current Vizient contract under a different product category.

Incumbent suppliers with a unique product or solution claiming meaningful clinical or operational benefit added to a Vizient contract after January 1, 2024. This includes any product or solution in the process of being added to a current contract provided it will be available on Vizient contract by June 1, 2026.
Exchange audience
All client and staff attendees of the Vizient Connections Summit will be invited to come to the Exchange. In 2025 there were ~500 attendees who visited the exhibit hall. Attendees will include clinicians, sourcing executives and service-line leaders with responsibility for clinical quality and patient safety from member organizations around the country. Vizient leadership and staff will also participate, particularly those from business units responsible for supply chain contracting.

One (1) 6ft skirted table

Two (2) staff personnel per product

A third staff personnel can be added for an additional $500
Allowed to exhibit:

The approved product or solution (please let us know if there is/are oxygen, special space or other specialty requirements involved with showing your product).

A table drape and back drop to not exceed the allotted booth footprint or block more than 50% line of sight are allowed.

Back drops may be company branded or branded to your accepted product only.

Any literature you bring may only reference your approved product.

Giveaways are allowed.

TV monitors, not to exceed the allotted booth space, may only show information on approved products or general company branding.
