The 2023 Innovative Technology Exchange (Exchange) will take place Tuesday, October 3 at the Gaylord Texas Resort & Convention Center. Members will get the chance to explore exhibit booths, connect with exhibitors and gather information on the latest technologies and innovative products.

 

Vizient’s annual Innovative Technology Exchange brings selected supplier and healthcare innovators together and offers an exclusive opportunity for deep conversations and powerful connections. This event is focused on the latest innovative products and services addressing crucial needs and lifesaving technologies.

Does your company have a unique technology solution that delivers health care and/or business improvements? If so, we encourage you to apply for the opportunity to demonstrate these products and services to Vizient member users and decision-makers who attend the 2023 Exchange.

 

The Exchange offers an ideal setting to interact with members and to showcase your products. Also, your innovations have the chance to earn a Vizient Innovative Technology contract or designation.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Suppliers with innovative technologies that have well-reasoned and differentiated clinical improvements or operational benefits over other products and services available in the marketplace.

  2. Suppliers with innovative products seeking an Innovative Technology contract with Vizient. either because the vendor does not have a current Vizient contract or because current contract is in a different product category.

  3. Incumbent suppliers with a unique product claiming meaningful clinical or operational benefit that was added to a Vizient contract after January 1, 2021. This includes any product in the process of being added to a current contract as long as it will be available on Vizient contract by June 1, 2023.


 

Exhibitor Registration fees

(Due after you have been notified your application has been accepted.)

  • $2,500 for each approved product.

Included in your registration fee:

  • Individual Booth space that includes:

    • One (1) 6ft skirted table

    • One (1) stool

    • Table signage

  • You can bring a table drape and banner stand (40” W x 8’ H) but no booth backdrops larger than a single banner stand. Banner stand may be company branded or branded to your accepted product only.

  • Any literature you bring may only reference your approved product.

  • Three (3) staff personnel per product
